In a society, and working world, in which the theme of diversity as an opportunity is ever-more relevant and examined, WPP Italia has created an internal project to valorise the talent and uniqueness of all of its employees.
Winspire is the name that we have created to express this project. It is a name that seeks to suggest self-awareness and ambition, a sound created from the contraction of we inspire and women inspire. The tagline WPP women making the difference explains the name and reinforces the meaning.
The visual identity has been designed to communicate the value of the uniqueness of each individual person through a logotype made up of letters that, despite having different forms and styles, come together harmoniously. The variation of the letters creates a logotype which is different every time, yet always the same.
The geometric patterns that characterise some letters become the backgrounds that play a dynamic role in developing the visual language, underlying the concept of uniqueness and the value of diversity.
