The few ingredients that make a great history

De Cecco hands down the pasta-making tradition ‘from father to son’ with a restyling of its most iconic pack: durum wheat pasta.

There were minimal interventions on the front of pack. All modifications were aimed at achieving greater chromatic impact and more explicit communication of the characteristics of the product.

The back of pack underwent radical change. It was very confusing previously due to the vast amount of illegible information but this was transformed into a tidier layout that made space for a paragraph about the quality of De Cecco pasta. The chromatic impact, which underlies the brand’s recognisability, was also increased.

Work on the sides was fundamental for increasing the visibility of De Cecco in the supermarket pasta section, where the packs are often displayed lying down on top of each other.
