Following a change in its management, EXE has developed a new approach to its target market, along with new technologies and most importantly, a change in attitude. Faced with such a substantial change, it has been necessary to develop a new brand identity to communicate the corporate ethos.

We started by defining the brand values, service innovation, effective solutions and transparency in the processes, consequently giving a meaning to the acronym EXS - evolution, xperience, success - and then developing a visual identity that would allow the company to effectively communicate the basis of this stra-tegic positioning, from the brand itself to the design of the company's offices.
The logo expresses both the speed and the innovative nature of the service: the letters are composed with very dynamic curved lines, which are reminiscent of the air moving in the wind tunnel. From the shapes of the logo a series of lines have been developed that create the visual language of EXS, reinforcing the idea of speed. The colour scheme then combines the technological and cutting-edge expression of the brand with the more personal and human side of the service.
EXS is an executive search company and consultancy in the field of human resources, part of Gi Group, an Italian employment multinational. Founded in Italy in 2007, through the work of consultants and former business managers, it provides great expertise in identifying candidates in terms of their leadership and managerial skills.
