Background

DBM Italia is a leader in individual and group talent relocation services on the Italian market. The company was established in 1991 and makes a part of an international network. In 2005 DBM Italia was acquired by Gi Group, becoming a part of the biggest Italian group specialized in temporary placements.

Brand Vision

To create a name, a symbol and visual codes in order to communicate the new brand positioning and promise that were identified together with the client: the ability to believe in people and their potential. The new identity also needs to distinguish itself from the current one without loosing the credibility for the company and institutional stakeholders.

Design Solution

CB’a has created the name INTOO that evokes the positive values of a brand that believes in people and their potential, connecting this to a positive change. The sign reinforces the promise and represents connection and evolution. The brand language brings freshness and vivacity in otherwise serious and rigid competitive landscape.
